About Me

I'm just a cool down to earth brotha who loves the Lord, loves people, and enjoys making new friends. I also am a HUGE music fan, especially gospel music. GOSPEL MUSIC RULES! I also love church. I am a church baby and will be a "church boy" for the rest of my life. No church is perfect, but I wouldn't trade my church upbringing for anything in the world. However, even though I'm church, I am NOT so heavenly-minded that I'm no earthly good. I am not a "super-Christian" by any means, but I am a sinner saved by grace. I am a member of Abundant Life Christian Center where Kelvin L. Lumpkin is pastor. I am also a lead musician and youth choir director at my church. I also direct the Booker High School gospel choir. I thank God for sending His son Jesus Christ to die for me. God has been VERY good to me, and VERY merciful, and patient with me. I know He is not through with me yet, but I know that He will complete the work that He has begun in me! My Interests

Music (listening, singing, and performing), church, hanging out with friends, watching DVD's at home, chatting online, taking long drives and sight seeing, going out to eat at different restaurants, travelling, church, amusement parks...

I'd like to meet:

Can't WAIT to meet Jesus!!! Also can't wait to see my Grandma again (R.I.P. Ms. Virginia Phoenix 1930-1986 - I love you and miss you sooooooo much!!). Would love to meet Stevie Wonder, and many of my other musical heroes.

Gospel, jazz, and some R & B, neo-soul, and some classical.
