About Me

Here are the basics about me. I live in Yukon, Oklahoma, but I am native Texan dying to get back to Longhorn country. I have a great wife named Amy and a two-year old daughter named Kaitlyn. I am a professional writer having written for newspapers for over a decade. I am also working on three fiction books, which I will complete someday. For now, I'm working on a business book. My other specialty is in commercial real estate. I currently run a commercial real estate research company. I am a big Texas Longhorns and Dallas Cowboys fan. I also am a member of the Northwest Oklahoma City campus of LifeChurch.tv.

My Interests

My interests include my family, traveling, writing books, movies, sports, music Dallas Cowboys, Texas Longhorns, San Antonio Spurs, playing Xbox, collecting toys and DVD's.

This question has prompted much thought from me since I have met several people already that would appear on this list. Those that I have not met yet include Phil Keoghan, Chris Tomlin, Bono, Dave Gahan, Martin Gore, Patrick Stewart, Steve Buscemi, Jeremy Piven. Some of the people I have already met include the Rev. Billy Graham, David Crowder, Moby, Darryl "Moose" Johnson, Coach Barry Switzer and the dude that played Gopher on Love Boat.Battlestar Galactica returns this Friday:

Music:

I have very diverse tastes in music that range from the known to the not-so-known. Here is just a taste of the many bands and musical artists that I enjoy: Toad The Wet Sprocket, Glen Phillips, Coldplay, Depeche Mode, New Order, Dave Matthews Band, Foo Fighters, David Crowder Band, Chris Tomlin, The Killers, U2, INXS, Jars of Clay, Ryan Adams, Moby, Tegan & Sara, Charlie Hall, Rufus McGovern aka Andy Melvin, Trent Austin, the extraordinary Stephen Cole, Chuck Dennie, Johnny Cash, Blue Man Group, The Bravery, Chemical Brothers, Delerium, Matt Redman, Lapdog, Ong and Paul Van Dyk to just name a few.
