Silhouette has been around for a year now. Dan and Eric began writing for this band about two years ago(as crazy as that sounds, it's true.) We have had so many people come and go through the years including members of some pretty high profile local bands. After struggling with so many people, Dan and Eric decided to force their best little bud, Camper to play bass for them. When Camper moved back to his hometown of Chicago, the guys recruited Homer as their new bassist, except Homer had never played any instrument in his life. When Camper decided to came back from Chicago, we asked him to be our official drummer, except he had never played drums in his life. The band began writing material and became Silhouette. Homer and Camper have been playing their instruments for only as long as the band has been together. We are an expiremental band and go against the grain. We write songs that we believe in. Whether you consider it pop, emo, screamo, hardcore, expiremental, Silhouette has something for everyone.
