About Me

I don't like chaos. I strive for tranquility. I've learned to find peace during tumultuous times. I love to listen, be it a friend, music, the ocean, my children, it's all wonderful to me. There is nothing better than sitting by myself on the beach or being on a boat in the middle of the ocean when all I can see is the rolling, blue for miles. Reading brings me happiness. I love to get lost in a good story: movies, books, songs... anything that conjures thoughts and feelings that weren't there before. I like to play make believe in my head. I adore my bed. I want to do yoga in India. I dream of seeing all the world has to offer.

My Interests

Eating, peeling, catching and tossing mounds of tangerines with Dave in fits of laughter. Yoga. The ocean. Books. Words. Cooking. Whole Foods grocery store. Music. Playing chase with Jack. Shopping with Cierra and Alix. Hysterical, thought provoking, day long ichats with Jessica. Hilarious times with my sister. The moment when the inspiration to write comes about.
