My guitars, my pencils, my job (I don't have to mention that family comes always first)
I am lucky having met loads of great people until now!
My hubby's band GurD, my band Pulver, my dad's band The Force, Volbeat, Motorhead, Annihilator, Clutch, Entombed, Amplifier, Threat Signal, Prong, Rebel Meets Rebel, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Rose Tattoo, Destruction, Corrosion of Conformity, Down, Tenacious D, Devin Townsend, Exodus, Johnny Cash, ... and there is so many more great bands! I dig everything loud, bluesy and heavy. Blood, sweat & rock'n'roll!!!
Uuuh, tough one. It used to be Alien 1 and the old Star Wars Series for a long time. Of course, Lord Of The Rings (and Bad Taste ;o) ). House Of 1000 Corpses. Ghostrider. Boyz n the hood. Full Metal Jacket. I love Miyazaki's animes like Chihiro and Howl's Moving Castle. Tiger & Dragon is great, Hero is even better, breathtaking pictures! Walk The Line.
Just watching the news. Nothing really interesting on TV these days.
I have to read a lot of specialized stuff for my profession, so unfortunately, there is not much time left for other books. When I do have time, I read Harry Potter addictively (well, there has to be some space for triviality *ggg*. No, I honestly think that JK Rowling is a great writer, I love HP!). Walter Moers is a great author, as well.
No heroes. Never wanted to be anyone else, but there is a lot of influence around. Well, I wish I was as patient as the Dalai Lama, incredible man. In drawing, there would be Stan Lee and the whole Marvel Universe, Rob Zombie is a great artist. Mucha, inspiring painter. Fritz Willis, Alberto Vargas, George Petty, Al Moore, Joyce Ballantyne, amazing Pin-Up artists! Guitarwise, I'd say James Hetfield. I wish I'd master playing/singing one day like he does. And my hubby, he's got the guitar mojo...
