Toxic Virgin have been together since 1995 and published four CDs (Love Rocket EP 1999 , Toxic Virgin CD 2000, Circle of Power CD 2001, Sulphur CD 2004) which received excellent reviews in musical publications and were highly acclaimed all over the world . The live concerts of the five musicians from Germany, ( f.e. together with STATUS QUO,THERAPY?,DOG EAT DOG, DORO PESCH or BONFIRE), attract and convince audiences all over Germany and even abroad. The quality of this band also granted their twice repeated participation in the finals of the German Rock Musicians Awards. It..s obvious that they are on the road to success. Toxic Virgin- this is rockmusic presented with energy and passion, it is a lifestyle and not a short- lived fashion. In other words: Rock’n Roll is coming home! Finally, Toxic Virgin proudly present: Angel, our new Leadsinger!On June 7th 1974 Angel was born into a musical family. While her father listened to songs of the Beatles and Elton John, her mother and her sister played Beethoven and Bach on the piano or enjoyed the music of Tschaikowski and Verdi. Influenced by these various musical styles, Angel discovered the band Queen and their singer Freddie Mercury a few years later. She particularly identified with his style of a mixture of rock and classic. She graduated in mathematics from the University of Cologne and started her job. At that time she also took part in karaoke-events and became aware of her voice which gave her the idea of joining or founding a band. After some futile attempts at putting that idea into practice, she recorded a single with a well-known producer, but couldn’t identify with its musical style. In July 2007 she eventually met Toxic Virgin and succeeded in convincing them of her extraordinary talent. As the singer and new voice of Toxic Virgin she has finally found what she had been looking for.
