My Interests

I am interesting in change, performance and effectiveness. I value and take care of my body, mind and spirit with constant exercise, healthy thoughts and foods, as well as meditation. I love foriegn films, sci-fi and drama. I enjoy plays, concerts and dancing. Going out and being social is always a thrill. Being a good friend and true to my family is a definite need.

Music:

World music, under-ground hip-hop, neo-soul, jazz and reggae are my favorites. However I enjoy any sound that matches my vibration.

Books:

The Holy Tablets, Before the Mayflower, Rocks of Ages, Ancient Egypt The Light of the World, Secret Sign...just to name a few.

Heroes:

The people I admire the most are my parents, siblings, family, elders and ancestors. I love all my friends and appreciate them for sharing. I respect everything that our leaders have sacrificed for us. All those that have laid the foundation for me, ASHA!!! Always giving thanks.
