So you wanna know about the Underground’s best kept secret??? HellHouse Entertainment was formed on October 4, 2005 in the Metro-East St. Louis area. The founding acts were Hellsent, MaddHouse Clique, and Mistah Creepy, and the label soon added Nuttin Nyce to that roster. Since then, HellHouse has collectively:
-Performed over 50 shows throughout the Midwest region
-Released a Mixtape
-Been featured in 2 Internationally distributed compilations
-Been featured in cover stories of 2 St. Louis area publications
-Gained 1 member
-Lost 2 members
-And released “Not Your Common Evil” by Nuttin Nyce, the label’s first album.
All INDEPENDENTLY!!! HellHouse is completely SELF-MADE...Self-funded, self-promoted (with the expertise of our StreetSweeper Team, of course), self-managed, self-produced...We book the shows, we make the beats, we make the flyers, WE CONTROL OUR DESTINY!!!
And with the Summer of 2007 full of album releases, shows, and surprises...This secret may not be kept much longer.
