I have many interests. I love reading, politics, news, music, outdoors, horseback riding, snowboarding, belly dancing, traveling, and much more. In general, I'm pretty hard to keep up with.
READ THIS FIRST!! More importantly, who would I NOT like to meet? Underaged Alcoholics. Other people named Ayla. I don't care if your parents named you Ayla. I'm tired of random friend requests from people who have nothing in common with me except a name. Drug addicts. If I want to be friends with one, I'll go find one in the alley outside. And most importantly... People who are too lazy to type out the word YOU, or don't understand that internet shorthand does nothing but make you look like an idiot. If you have something intelligent to say, and can spell worth a damn, feel free to friend me. Otherwise FUCK OFF.
Basically, send me a message, because blind adds will be denied. unless I already know you from somewhere else.
***NEWS FLASH!***
I LIKE INDUSTRIAL. I don't want to listen to your crappy band if you are influenced by shit like Pearl Jam, or pretty much anything else that's played on the radio. If I haven't added you on my own, then chances are, I don't want listen to what you consider music.
Industrial/Noize, EBM and Goth. Skinny Puppy, :Wumpscut:, Einsturzende Neubauten, Bauhaus, Combichrist, Velvet Acid Christ, Unternull, Suicide Commando, Voltaire, Peter Murphy, Gary Numan, Grendel, Nitzer Ebb, Haujobb, Morgenstern, HIV+, Covenant, Asche, Das Ich, Front 242, Hate Dept., Snog, Hocico, Icon of Coil, Melotron, KMFDM, Leaether Strip, VNV Nation, and much more.
I don't really listen to anything you'd find on mainstream radio.
I'd rather read a book. But if I have to.. Death to Smoochy, The Exorcist, Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, Sean of the Dead, 28 Days Later, The Usual Suspects are all movies I enjoy. I usually don't have the attention span to sit through a movie though.
Discovery channel and court TV... and sometimes Adult Swim. :)
I've been reading lots of Forensic Anthropology books lately.. The Bone Woman has been my favorite so far.. Dead Men Do Tell Tales, Bones, The Bone Lady, Witnesses From the Grave have all also been extremely interesting. :)
Also, Guests of The Sheik, West With the Night, A Primate's Memoir, Mutants, The Mummy Congress, America The Book, and Richard Clarke's Against All Enemies.
Beryl Markham, Katherine Hepburn and Clea Koff. Oh yes.. And my Mom. ;)
