The music industry and hip hop community need make way for Lil Ill, LR Hoox, Issue, and Young P, collectively know as Young Black Mafia, Young Black Movement, or YBM. Black Dollars Presents Young Black Mafia a group of three boys who incorporates their experiences and knowledge of the streets in their lyrics over captivating beats speaking on interesting and true life occurences.
The boys, though young, are not naiive but instead have a great understanding of their enviorment and the hip hop community, which allows them to invent and deliver artistic songs and anthems for the world. Parnel "P" Pierre born August 23, 1989 and Laroch "L.R. Hoox" Pierre born October 15, 1990 rep YBM & there Haitian culture, Zoes for life. The brothers who were born into a family of ten with very little grew up in the notorious inner city of Miami, Overtown, where they looked for ways to make a better life for themselves and their family. They both possessed several talents which they used to hustle and collect money for a small living and to help their mother. After a rough year in Miami when Parnel was fourteen and Laroch was thirteen, the family moved to Atlanta, Georgia where the brothers met Eugene "Lil Ill" Watson, who was born in Atlanta. After several months of living in Atlanta and befriending Eugene, whom is often referred to as their cousin, the trio developed a zeal and genius for rap music.
The boys decided to name their group YBM, standing for Young Black Mafia. When asked what exactly is YBM it's first pointed out that "...the group is not a gang but rather a movement of young niggas trying to get paper." After recording with artist like Baby D and Issue of Da Union, who has also become a close friend and introduced into the family, the boys contiune to lyrically mature. The Queens native Ishmael "Issue" Sweet continues to record songs with Parnel, Laroch, and Eugene, ultimatley being initiated in the group. YBM is also scheduling to record with artist like Bleu DaVinci, Jadakiss, and Fabolous. The boys are starting to make a name for themselves in Atlanta and Miami. The artists each possess their own abilities which they bring to the table, whether it's P's lyrical finesse or LR's ingenious punchlines the songs possess a hot and captivating architecture. With street credibility and association with people in high places the boys continue to record with Gutta 5 Ent.'s Lou Biggs making songs that will one day make them millions. Under the record label Black Dollars the boys plan to make it to the top.
