I’m an intensely spiritual woman. For many years spirituality was something I studied….wanting to learn….wanting to grow. At some point a transition occurred. It was no longer something I was learning….it had become who I was. I live everyday consciously creating my life. My current favorite quote is from the French novelist Emile Zola “If you asked me what I came into this world to do, I will tell you: I CAME TO LIVE OUT LOUD.†My daily goal is to feel Joy in everything I do. Even when something gets me down, I smile. I have a 1 (almost 18) year old son who is my greatest gift. He is a wonderful spirit and keeps me grounded. I workout regularly and enjoy keeping fit. Mostly yoga these days...Baron Baptiste is my new hero. I believe a fit body is a sign of a healthy spirit and mind. I expect the best of people and am usually rewarded with the best people have to offer. A strong self image is important, but so is a good sense of humor. If you can laugh at yourself it speaks volumes.
