interested in business...working a few things in the fire....and not getting burned mind you.
Let's calm down a bit and do something with ourselves productive, together...As I pushed to do something productive this last year, it seems that keeping up with the same line of work for a significant period of time *those that know, understand* is just what I needed to make everything else happen. Now how to not let that career get in the way of meeting people....hmmm....any suggestions?
there is a lot of music that I like...haven't made my mind up on favorites...but here is a list of goodies... Jay Z; 50; some Akon; loads of gospel; some Idols; maybe a country song or two; Canderia (and if you know who that is...talk to me); Herbalizer Band (same note as above "thanks polito"); and some more...
The First 20 Million; What the bleep Do We Know; Constintine; many others...Another good movie along the lines of bleep is Waking Life. I've watched Boondock Saints over and over again, and a new found favorite, Poolhall Junkies, thanks to my roommate. Something the Lord Made gets me all the time when I want to feel inspired to do my thing beyond expectation. Lakawanda Blues does the same in a different arena of existance. The Polar Express, a movie in which past the wonderfully excited animation, contains deep adult lessons that will challenge our deepest thoughts.
I haven't seen a tv show regularly since '93 I have the slightest idea what on tv...other than what is media induced....eh. Well here's what's on tv for me now:Oh hehee, I forgot, I don't watch tv much.Oh oooooh I watch tv now!!!! And I LOVE HEROS, NIP TUCK, HOUSE (although he's an a**), oh and PRISON BREAK. love the stuff...well those shows anyway.
One really great book goes along with the movie by the same name, What the &*$%) Do We Know? Great stuff in the book that is touched on in the movie.
My HERO: My Father. I want to be BETTER THAN HIM. My Father is a GREAT MAN! I still want to be BETTER.
