Soooooooooooooo many! Sometimes chick flicks, sometimes Disney, other times P & P or something else all together- can't pick a specific one.
American Drama's are classical. Gilmore Girls is sooo good! Love Buffy (even tho it's over), Angel, Supernatural, Charmed - going with a general theme there, then there's friends and Will & Grace too. Oh and Bones.
Kelley Amrstrong and the "Bitten" series (werewolves, vamps...even Jack the Ripper at one point! *gasps*), Nora Roberts is a must - Gotta love the mushy stuff. Also lovin manga at the mo - so many pretty men to look at... shame the ones in RL are planks :P
