About Me

I was born in the peach state, lived there until I was 12 and moved to Pennsylvania. In some ways I'm a bit of a southern girl at heart, but my parents and most relatives hail from MN and WI. I'm currently getting ready to move up to Minneapolis myself and the change is very welcome. I'm open to anyone I can learn from, no matter what background, religion or non religion (I'm *very* spiritual myself, but don't believe in organized religion), political beliefs, etc. I've always been interested in all different kinds of people, just as long as they're kind, have a good heart and *show it*, be they the most simple easy going person or wildly eccentric and unique. I'm often described as sweet, but that shouldn't be confused with being naive. I like to form my own opinions about things and other people and don't like to be told how to think. However I'm very open-minded to other people's views and like to hear them. I'm very open, but also very private! I fully trust and fully confide in very few. With some people I can be very shy at first and that can be sometimes be read completely the wrong way. Other times I'm very outgoing. It depends on the crowd of people. I can be very talkative, but also get very quiet to the point that someone always mistakenly thinks I'm mad. I have a **VERY** teasing humor, but usually only tease those that can take it and those I really like. My favorite people are usually those that can make me laugh. :) In some ways I'm definitely a free spirit and in others I'm very old-fashioned, but that doesn't mean I'm judgmental. Far from it. My thinking and views on things can range from very liberal to quite conservative. The best way to truly know how I feel about something though is just to ask me. ~ Peace
