Someone with interests similar to me, and/or (at least) someone literate. I'm not too picky, but it seems like it at times. O_o I also really like nice people, so if you're one of those you can go ahead and contact me if you like!

Oh, here's where I have fun. I love absolutely anything by Jane Austen, but my favorites are Pride and Prejudice and Sense and Sensibility. My current favorite book of all time is Lolita by Vladimir Nabokov, but I also love The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald. I also enjoy just about anything by Fyodor Dostoevsky, Tobias Wolff, and Marcel Proust. I also have a huge collection of poetry, which (I suppose) would fall under this category. Of all the poets in my collection, I tend to favor Andrew Marvell, Edgar Allen Poe, Ezra Pound, Howard Nemerov, George Herbert, Jacques Prévert, Edmund Spenser, and Alexander Pope.Hopefully, that's enough to give you a sense of what I like to read, because I'm sick of typing already and I've still got more sections like this to go.
The person who will always be my hero was my high school English teacher and mentor, Dr. Smith. Without him, I never would have learned to appreciate so many of the things that make me who I am now, and I'll always admire and respect him. If I can become even half as amazing a person as him, I'll have done very well with myself.
