My friends keep telling me I should update my profile every once in a while. I think it's just for their own amusement, because I certainly never change.
So let's see... the basics: My name is Kate. I'm very very chilled out, usually to the point of sheer laziness, but the few things that I do get passionate about in life are body modifcation, punk rock and Nintendo. Oh and occasionally Sociology but don't tell my tutors that or they'll start picking on me in class.
I drink dark rum in horrific quantities.
I live in a flat in city centre Manchester with my two pet rats.
I actually, honestly like Charmed. Really.
I have a lot of piercings, they change often but the metal is a part of me and will never go away. I'm working on getting the tattoo plans in motion, but they take more time.
I'm pansexual. My interest sways, I have phases of liking either or neither gender, so it's easiest to use an all encompassing term so I don't rule anyone out on the basis of chromosomes.
I love Jilly's Rockworld, scummy little shithole that it is. The staff are vile aged perverts, the regulars sweaty pubescent metallers, the drinks are too expensive and the floors are sticky. I won't defend it, there's nothing good to say about the place. That said, I make a deliberate effort to be there at least once or twice a month.
A lot of people don't recognise me from one meeting to the next, maybe because I change my hair so much. This suits me just fine, I probably made a drunken tit of myself the last time anyway.
I'm a peace protester and an anarchist, depending on what I listened to that morning. I'm quiet and I'm loud, I can lead and I can follow. I don't believe in astrology but everything they tell me about being a Gemini is true.
I play as Princess Peach. It's where the nickname came from, I sulk and strop when I don't get my way and when I do I make sure everyone knows it. Peach and I have a lot in common.
I like Star Wars and skulls and corsets and Bizarre magazine and summertime and platform boots and online cartoons and neon colours and Warhammer and mohicans and my own reflection.
