New family member:
My aunt adopted a new puppy in the aftermath of Toto's death. The people who turned her into the pound in Montgomery County had found her hanging by her neck by a collar that was too tight and grown into her skin. She was placed in a kill shelter and rescued by the Humane Society. It was pure chance that my aunt was looking for an Affenpincher (sp?) on the internet and LuLu's picture came up. She's a terrier mix and was posted by accident in the wrong category.

My Interests

I like weird things like thesauri and dictionaries. I like to write science fiction. I object to animal abuse. Call me a tree hugging animal rights activist all you want, but if you aren't going to take care of animal: DON'T ADOPT IT!! They are living and breathing things!!

Music:

I like music with a lot of drum beats and bass. I prefer music with no words as the words distract me from my writing. House, progressive and techno/dance music get me going and I also listen to classical when my mood calls for it. I like rock and roll too.

Movies:

Have a few favorites, but I prefer to read.

Books:

I don't have any one favorite book. I have a collection of 50 or so Star Wars books, and my romance collection is growing just as fast. My current favorite readings are the romance books with the Navy SEALs, army guys or other military types. Yummeh!

My current collections are Christina Skye's Codename Series, Tara Janzen's Crazy Series, and Christine Feehan's Ghostwalker Series.

My favorite authors are Joan D. Vinge, Kevin J. Anderson, Christine Feehan, Christina Skye, Tara Janzen, and Jayne Castle. I hope to add myself to the list one day. LOL :)
