I read a lot...A LOT (see below).... Aside from that I like to go to the movies--comedies are my favorite, followed by action; I'm not a big fan of horror flicks.... I'm a frequent patron of the Improvs in Irvine, Brea and Ontario. Drinking with friends is always fun, too.... I spend a lot of my free time with my family (because there are so many of them).

Heroes:
I have a few...my paternal grandparents, for starters. They're in their seventies and they have a more active social life than I do! They don't seem like old people! I hope to be as vital and active as they are when I reach that age. My other hero was my high school honors Chemistry teacher, Dr. Steven Ebert, a brilliant and funny man in the latter stages of Parkinson's Disease. He taught me a lot of things, particularly the importance of persistence in the face of adversity.
