Hello people. I'm an ethusiastic, lively lady with a huge passion for life. I spend as much time as possible not thinking about restrictions in life and just do it. Lots of my time is spent travelling and I don't really have a solid homebase right now. I train people all day to be fit and then try and keep myself looking buff, so my life is all about exercise.
