S.Rowe

S.Rowe started his love for music at an early age. He was influenced by the wide variety of music played by his parents, from classic rock to jazz, he developed an early appreciation for song structure and aesthetics. During his sophomore year in high school, S.Rowe decided he wanted to become a DJ and bought a set to practice on. Mixing and scratching soon became a love of his as well as the rest of the Hip Hop culture. One day while mixing in front of a friend of his, S.Rowe was asked to produce a mixtape. He accepted and quickly learned to record and mix music in the music program Acid. Production is now a love of his as he went on to produce three more mixtapes throughout the rest of his high school career. In his senior year, S.Rowe was given Fruityloops, but unimpressed by the program he switched back to Acid Pro. Now residing in Chicago attending Columbia College, he has fallen back on the production and perused the business side of the music industry. S.Rowe is currently the President of Flyy City Entertainment alongside C.E.O. Jay Torres. The Chi-town based group is a monster in all forms and genres and is continuing to elevate the Chicago music scene. By making powerful moves, Flyy City has quickly become one of Chicago's elite. In addition to overseeing, the company, S.Rowe also manages the talented up and coming MCs D2G and Gerald Walker. D2G is known for his lethal off the top lyrics and the recently signed Gerald Walker is hip hop's breath of fresh air.
