.. MySpace Profile Help!Brandiane “Dubz†Rollins can be described in one word, “talented.†Born in Savannah, GA, he quickly learned to mimic beats on tabletops and trash cans. Mimicking his idol “Timberland†earned him the nick name Timberhands in grade school. While in the 5th grade his love for poetry turned to a love for rapping after he heard “a Biggie Smalls tape†he took from his older brother. In high school Dubz was apart of a rap group that called themselves the Woodboyz. He was a major part of the group of four providing half the production and his small recording studio. The groups music spread quickly through all four high schools and even made its way to surrounding counties such as Lee and Worth County. “That’s when I really became known around here during high school with the Woodboyz.†-Dubz
After a group album, solo album and graduation, the group members parted ways. About a year later Dubz reunited with one of the group members, Bryan “Vito†Shiloh a fellow producer who provided the other half of the Woodboyz production. The two began writing, producing, making songs, and even helping other local artists in their attempt to “blow up†in the music industry. Due to heavy work schedules Dubz and Vito slowly began to drift apart. Around this time, Dubz was introduced to Mitchell County native Brian “B.Hall†Hall. The two immediately clicked due to their love of clubbing, music, and women. B.Hall stepped up to complete the rap duo known today as “Dubz –n- B.Hall. Dubz not only spits intriguing metaphors and catchy hooks, but he also produces tracks and writes r –n- b songs for local artists.
