Wankers on Duty started posing in January 2001. Mixed Influences from Motorhead, AC/DC, Social Distortion, some 80s-Hard-Rock-meets-Hairspray-Manufacturer-Bands and also some of the newer Rock'n'Roll-Heroes like Turbonegro or the Backyard Babies created the Sound of the German Masturbators. No one in this Band wants to invent new sounds or new styles, because there is so much good sounding Rock-Music in the world, that you just have to select the right pieces and put them together. Like they always say "Rather be a good copy than a bad original".
After releasing a self-made and home-grown, CD-R 6-Track-EP called "...come after you" in Spring 2003, Wankers on Duty turned their rehearsal room into an (very poor looking) Studio and recorded "Catholic Highschool Girls In Trouble", released in November 2005 and being their first LP.
