I love music- all kinds which can be seen in my music section. I like to read, but only when I'm not forced. I like to swim (but rarely get the chance) bowl (but only with the big balls), drive around randomly (when I have the money for gas), and be around my friends. I have an interest in photography, yet I have never really pursued that interest and therefore do not know anything. Same goes with learning intstruments and languages, I just don't have the self-discipline. I'm interested in getting into shape, but once again lack the internal fortitude to get off my ass and do it. I'm up for pretty much anything that anyone wants to do. Like let's say someone wanted to have a scavenger hunt I'd be totally for it, mostly because I like scavenger hunts but am too afraid to admit it, unless of course someone else does. But this of course is only true if I happen to like the person suggesting the idea. I love to travel especially on cruises, my favorite city is Washington D.C. but my favorite place is Disney World. Its just so magical lol
Everyone
My taste in music is pretty widespread, yet my CD collection mostly consists of rock- specifically emo. I love going to concerts. At the same time, my moods reflect my music and when I want to party I love rap and hip hop. Radio is the devil because it kills every good song. I wasn't gonna list bands but since all the cool kids are doing it: Taking Back Sunday, Something Corporate, Brand New, Fall Out Boy, Ben Folds, Straylight Run, Plain White Ts, Dashboard Confessional, Jimmy Eat World, Switchfoot, Lifehouse, Nirvana, Slik Willy, Monty's Fan Club, Leah Stargazing, Our Lady Peace, Howie Day, Ryan Cabrera, Eve 6, New Found Glory, Blink 182, U2, Offspring, Third Eye Blind, Lit, The Used, Relient K, Chevelle, The Killers, 50 Cent, Eminem, Tupac, etc.
Here's the thing, movies are ok but I don't even remember the ones I watch. People are constantly talking in movie quotes and I never understand what they are saying. They will say but didn't you see....? No i didn't you don't even have to ask, I haven't seen it and even if I have I don't remember the plot unless I've watched it more than once. I do not like movie marathons unless I am at the movie theatre sneaking into a second or third movie to get my money's worth. Other than that more than one movie at a time makes me feel like I am wasting too much time, even if I would spend that time sleeping anyway. But if I'm gonna watch a movie, it best be a romantic comedy or disney.
I used to watch tv, now its full of reality tv bullshit so I watch gilmore girls and if im bored, whatever happens to be on.
School has attempted to kill my love of reading because they have made dumb books mandatory and destroyed my time to read for enjoyment. However, I do still love to read. I love words. I'll read anything from children's books to nutrition facts to shampoo ingredients to fiction novels. I really wish I had time and once again the fortitude to read more often. Although, again like movies I don't tend to remember them much unless I've read them more than once. The only books that I've read that I have enjoyed this year are a few I have picked like Angela's Ashes and books that Ms. Baxter has recommended like The Time of the Butterflies and The Color Purple. I love true stories because they are easy to relate to and connect with.
