I am here for Friends

About Me

"The most exciting, challenging and significant relationship of all is the one you have with yourself. And if you find someone to love the you you love, well, that's just fabulous." - Carrie Bradshaw - And I have..."He that hath a beard is more than a youth, and he that hath no beard is less than a man; and he that is more than a youth is not for me; and he that is less than a man, I am not for him." -Beatrice Much Ado about Nothing Act II Scene I -

My Interests

Home Improvment will soon be my weekend and weeknight occupation... if all goes well with the home inspection. Argh! We have an accepted offer in on a house. We just love it. I can't wait until closing so we can start making it a home. Watch out kids, one hell of a housewarming party may be planned for later on this summer.Still sailing, we have our own boat now and now we have a place to park it. We hope to have it in the water this year... maybe we'll take it up to Lake Ontario this summer.Who knew War Games could be so much fun? Guess my museum training has warped me into loving tiny battle reconstructions, again who knew?Travel, my passport is getting a hell of a work out. Englad is turing into a place full of good friends and hopefully future family. Belgium wasn't so bad, but it did take my man away for 7 months. Germany and France were fun, weekends in other countries just for the hell of it can be fun. Just spent a weekend in Quebec City, the best food I've ever had and one of the most romatic cities ever. You all must go. Now if I could only get the dollar to be better against the Pound or Euro life would be great.

I'd like to meet:

My best friend who loves me for who and what I am, and I've found him.

Heroes:

"Why not be your own?" Perry Farrell
