I like a variety. Here are some of my fave artists: Bernadette Peters, Mama Cass Elliot, Madonna, No Doubt, Ace of Base, Third Eye Blind, Green Day, They Might Be Giants, Carrie Underwood. Other fave music ranges from classical to soundtracks and are harder to list by artist. I like every genre of music save for rap, and admittedly I'm not too warm on hip-hop. Otherwise, if it exists, I like it. Classical, opera, country, techno.
Easiest to just list my top 10. 1. Ever After 2. Contact 3. Neverending Story 4. Aladdin 5. Who Framed Roger Rabbit? 6. Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure 7. Philadelphia 8. Lord of the Rings: Return of the King 9. Spirited Away 10. Chronicles of Narnia: Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe
Cartoons: TaleSpin, TMNT 2003, Gargoyles, Family Guy, South Park, Drawn Together, Thundercats, Taz-mania, Simpsons, Boondocks, Fruits Basket, Naruto, Sailor Moon, Yu-Gi-Oh. Sitcoms: Roseanne, Seinfeld, Married With Children, Everybody Loves Raymond, Cosby Show, Frasier. Game Shows: Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, Deal or No Deal, Weakest Link (finished), Press Your Luck (finished), Who Wants to Be a Millionaire (finished), Win Ben Stein's Money (finished).
Book series I like: Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling, Sword of Truth by Terry Goodkind, Apprentice Adept by Piers Anthony, Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan. Save for Harry Potter the book series that I like all have a pattern. I love them in the beginning and by the end the authors just weaken in their material. Even Rowling did that a bit in Order of the Phoenix. General genre that I like is sci-fi/fantasy.
Wow, what a great section. John McCain used to be but he's fallen down a few notches. If we're counting among the fictional, I'm fond of Master Splinter. If we're counting among the historical, Ben Franklin or Thomas Paine. And corny though it may be... my dad.
