My band, check us out at http://members.lycos.co.uk/bestbandever or on My Space at www.myspace.com/legendx .I also enjoy writing for my student news paper as it gets me free CDs and into most gigs at the Academy in Brum.
Open minded, chilled out, fun loving and Dave Grohl. I would also like to meet the Kersal Massive below.
I did have a long ass list but it did my head in. I have over 800 CDs (no copies, support the industry) so listing all of it would be stupid. I mainly like metal and punk taking in a lot of sub-genres with that. Dillinger Escape Plan are my current favourite band and my heroes in music are Dave Grohl, Pat Smear and Mike Patton.
Here's my top 10 bands I'm listening to at the mo
1.The Automatic
2.Comeback Kid
3.Leng T'Che
4.Folly
5.MC Lars
6.Mr Bungle
7.Farse
8.Lightyear
9.Tool
10.Brand New
Goonies, Craddle to the Grave or anything with Adam Sandler. The golden era of film was the 80s back when Eddie Murphy was still funny and all good movies came in threes: Back to the Future, Indiana Jones, Karate Kid (the forth one with the girl doesn't count, she's hasn't got shit on Daniel Son!), Crodile Dundee (although I'm well aware it wasn't the 80s when the third one came out) etc.
I didn't really like TV much but then I got a TV Licence so thought I would make the most of it. I like stuff like The Simpsons, Family Guy, Big Brother Viva La Bam etc...how sterotypical a twenty something am I?
I'm mainly into Autobiographies or other non-fiction. The last book I read was about the history of Two Tone. It turns out my band has played at a venue where the Beat have played, which is pretty cool. I've just started a book about David Lee Roath although he's writing skills are leaving little to be desired at the mo. May go onto a book I bought about the Clash instead.
(*) update I did infact move onto the Clash. David Lee Roth may be hero of mine but he can't write for shit! Mind you I guess if I lived his lifestyle I wouldn't be able too either. His cat suits more than make up for his poor book. David all is forgiven.
Currently reading about wrestling legend Mick Foley after reading about Ric Flair
Jesus, Dave Grohl and Mike Patton.
