REAL TALK......i was born july 24th 1978 in peekskill ny.where i quickly learned the struggles of poverty. from days with no food to days with no power,cable,or phone.i remember nights with no heat in the middle of winter. i learned what the hood could teach me seeing two men get shot down in front of bowmen projects at the age of five.violence and respect was my influence.for years i had anger issues because of this and still do.at the age of fifteen my father was diagnosed with throat cancer.i stopped going to school and started smoking a lot of maryjane.doctors performed surgery and removed the cancer.i felt better but i didn't.he was told to back for a check up in 6 months,and when he did they diagnosed him with lung cancer.doctors gave him 6 months to live.he died in three.i watched has this disease kill the one person i looked up to.the day he died messed up my mind watching him get carried away in a body bag,but the worst has to be getting blamed for it?because of things like being picked up from the police station and being on probation for 4 years.after his death.i started doing even more negative things like robberies,and grand theft auto,only to end up getting into a high speed chase with the cops,and crashing into a telephone poll.my life was falling apart completely.with no motivation or hunger i sunk deep in a hole.when i turned eighteen my mother threw me out on the streets.i was homeless for 2 months.untill my second family took me in and helped me get on my feet.i moved to poughkeepsie new york at the age of eighteen and began to work and try to pogress in life.from my father's death untill now i've been writing music[hip hop].writing my emotion and pain on paper.music is my therapy.it's my addiction! i think that even if i don't blow up i will write music to release my emotion,but i would love the opportunity to shine.i've become more focused on music the past four years.i've been focused and really trying to make something happen.only time will tell.untill then i'll keep the hunger alive.p.s. the name blackheart represents the pain of a soldier forced to live cold hearted.please understand me.real life,real people,real music..........
