About Me

I've never met Tara but I've heard her name for years in the bike industry. I was the art director for RockShox and then Giro. I want to give support and help spread the word.Tara Llanes was badly injured on September 1st, 2007 while racing at the Jeep KOM Finals. At the present time she is paralyzed from the waist down. She has been working intensely at physical therapy and has very high hopes that she will not only walk again, but that she will ride again. Tara raced on the professional mountain bike circuit for 14 years and won a total of 4 National Championships. She made many friends while competing in both the US and the European World Cup Circuit.
Tara Llanes and GO211.com will be hosting an online auction to help raise money to go towards her ever growing medical bills. The auction will feature some of the most sought after items in the sport today. Good luck bidding!

The Zero X Dirt Bike to Debut at the Toyota Grand Prix April 18th-20th in Long Beach
The 2008 Inland Empire Auto Show (IEAS), San Bernardino and Riverside April 4-27
The Zero X is no toy. It's a full powered off-road motorcycle with unmatched performance and durability. You can have all the performance of a traditional gas dirt bike, but without all of the noise, pollution and maintenance hassle. The unique combination of Lightest, Fastest, Cleanest add up to huge fun.

Skate because you love it . Listen to your heart not to the people that think you'll out grow it or that it's just a phase.

Beyond Barbed Wire
Celebrating the extraordinary human sacrifice and courage of Japanese-American soldiers in WW II, Beyond Barbed Wire tells the stories of the U.S. Army's 100th Infantry Battalion and the 442nd Regiment. These units absorbed the highest casualties and became the most decorated units in WW II. While they fought, their families lived behind barbed wire in American internment camps. Proud veterans break their long silence with moving tales of heroism and prejudice.
