i can up date at last

so last week i went to weigh in and to my suprise i had lost 2lb, so that means i'm 2lb off my first stone.i'm really hopping to get that next tuesday we'll see.love and hugs to all xx

its up date time again

 well just got back from slimming world and after the gain last week i'm happy to say i lost 2lb this week xx

up date 3

 ok just weighed in and i put half a pound on,i'm not very happy but also not suprised.i had a cold all  last week so couldn't go for my normal walk every morning   and did eat some hight syn food.going...

well its that time again! i just weighed in and i lost 3lb so i got my first sticker,thats my first half stone

i just got back from slimming world and i got a really nice suprise, i lost 5lb in my first week.i'm going to try for 2lb next week and that will be half a stone!!

slimming world!

 oh well i bit the bullet and joined slimming world last night,it was horrible having to get weighed.i got a big shock and spent most of last night cryin g,i still feel like crap but i'm going to give ...
