Beast of Burden

A man must stand in fear of just those things that truly have the power to do us harm, of nothing el

About Me

I am very cynical, very sarcastic and have a very wide sense of humor. Yet, I like to focus on the grim, dark and obsene. I am not saying I enjoy weird humor, just humor that pushes ALL limits. When people say, "There's a line you just don't cross", yeah, well, I cross it. Basically, I think that the reaction to something I say can be funnier, to me, than what I actually say. Let's see... I am an Atheist (Jewish background, but I HATE organized religion). I have another side to this arrogant, cynical and slightly cocky side of me that has morals and positive emotion. I am an ambitious sonuvabitch and my harshest critic. I will not accept mediocrity and plan to be a great Film Producer/Director/Writer -- I really focus on Producing, though -- some day soon. I do believe in romance, I just haven't figured it out yet. So far, the only thing I have figured out -- thanks to my lovely girlfriend -- is that she is always right. End of story. I'm not sure if that is how it is supposed to go. Give me a call if you have any tips. Oh! I am aichmophobic (have a morbid fear of needles) -- imagine me getting a shot, or having blood drawn. I love a good adventure! I never start out on the easiest level, if I can help it. I have a friend who has recently got me into Urban Exploring. Urban Exploring is, well, it is illegal entry, trespassing, and such, but not in a weird creepy way -- I snuck into Wrigley Field, and ran the bases -- just a really fun and slightly illegal sort of way. I love my best friends like they are my family, since I don't live close to my family anymore. All I have to say, now, I guess is: To all of my friends and family. Much love.

My Interests

Create your own Friend Quiz hereFirst, and foremost, I am a HUGE stand-up comedy fan. I love to laugh, and more importantly I love to make people laugh. I used to do stand-up when I had the time, and knew where to do it. Now, I have trouble finding venues to do it. Anyways, to be a comic takes balls and you have to know humility. You have to accept failure, a lot, at the beginning. In the end though stand-up comedy is an absolutely brilliant talent and a spectacle to see live. It's such a freeing feeling to have when laughing with a group of people in a room.I love Boxing and Long-Distance Cycling. I think Mike Tyson was, and still is, the greatest Boxer of all-time. He may be a little crazy (understatement), but he was so dominant, and still is if he just... you know, comes out of retirement. Now, Lance Armstrong on the other hand. Well, I think he is just as close as we are going to get to a modern day Superman. He had cancer that crawled up his spine, brain, testicles, stomach, beat it and then won THE MOST GRUELING sporting event of the year, The Tour de France...SEVEN FUCKING TIMES! Two times more than anyone else to win it consecutively.

I'd like to meet:

First off, if there is a god (I leave the 'g' lowercase on purpose) I would love to meet him/her/it and have a really serious conversation about all the bullshit that goes on. I mean, fuckin' a man, look at all the shit that's going on and you HAVE to ask yourself, "If there is a god, does it even care?" Let's move on. Who else would I love to meet? Oh! Although I have a girlfriend I just couldn't help leave up my previous thought on "a girl I'd like to meet", I was told it was too funny to take down (could be true): I would love to meet a girl that isn't crazy, or start out normal and then become crazy half way through the relationship! I swear I am going to write up a questionnaire, with a $30 processing fee that goes towards your first date and if I don't choose you then the $30 is an "annoyance" fee. Seriously though, are there any sane girls out there?! On a different note all together, I am a huge stand-up comedy fan and would love to meet a wide array of comics. Although, the ones I am really interested in had something to say and they all got in trouble for it: Lenny Bruce, George Carlin, Richard Pryor, Bill Hicks... and many more. These are guys that were told to shut up and didn't. These are guys I want to meet. Lance Armstrong for sure. He is one of my idols. I feel like I can do anything, even at my lowest points, just by looking at what he has been through and has accomplished.

Music:

I enjoy everything, I really do...except Country, Gospel and Polka. Although, I have been trying to at least "appreciate" Country. This is a major battle between me and good taste.Otherwise it would have to be: Coheed & Cambria, Godsmack, Slipknot, Disturbed, Chevelle, Stone Sour, Marilyn Manson, Breaking Benjamin, Three Days Grace, Mudvayne, Static-X, Mindless Self Indulgence, Reel Big Fish, Less Than Jake, Goldfinger, Pennywise, Face to Face, Bad Religion, Suicide Machines, NoFX, Flogging Molly, Dropkick Murphy's, AFI, Faith No More, Alkaline Trio, A Perfect Circle, and anything from Fat Wreck Chords.Animal i have become
