A man who can't keep his word shouldn't be trusted with anything else.

About Me

Man's inhumanity to man is not only perpetuated by the vitriolic actions of those who are bad. It is also perpetuated by the vitiating inaction of those who are good. - Martin Luther King Jr. I am the voice of area college athletics. I love the '80's, mostly cause I was born during them, but also cause without them, Mr. T would never have been Mr. T. We all need some T. I am a Christian. I think if Bush had really desired to fight a war against terror, he would have kept the focus on Osama. I'm one-third of 203 and love every minute of it. To some I'm a jerk, to others I'm too nice. Depends on who you talk to. Ladies with dark hair and light eyes are absolutely gorgeous. I love a woman who's natural without the additives, preservatives or augmentations. Pirates have the most fun. Scientists say knowing me can add up to 10 years to your life. Can't argue with science. I come off as easy to figure out, but nothing could be further from the truth. Even the nuances have nuances. If I catch someone in a lie, I might never say anything, but it will forever affect how I view them. According to the DiSC Personality Test, I'm a Perfectionist. Nobody is perfect. Freckles are hot. I can't wait to have a family of my own and be a father. It's like the one thing in life I must have. I'm out to prove chivalry isn't dead just yet. I'm really sarcastic, which causes problems with those who can't keep up, but that's ok. I've got a soft spot for the slower people of this world.I'm an official member of the Obama '08 movement.

My Interests

Well, I used to have a lot of things on here, but I'm tired of being so verbose. So here's the abridged version: Listening to music in the car, in the shower, while reading and while trying to go to sleep. Watching, writing about and talking about sports. Staring at people who I catch staring at me. Making fun of people who don't deserve it with my friends. Going two steps over the line of political correctness.

the old man

I should be reading. That's what I'd told myself, anyway. I was supposed to use this day, the last day of my two-week vacation, to simply read and relax and soak in my last little bits of birthday-tim...

Indecision: 2007

So I was going to write this thesis about the things that have been going on in my life lately and why the title of this thing is Indecision: 2007. The truth is that so many things have been going on ...

So, some of you know and some don't, but if you've looked at any of my pics or even my default picture, you'd know that I was lucky enough to attend the Rose Bowl on Monday. I covered it for my mighty...

I'm old. Not because I gripe about our President's gross negligence in handling the multi-billion dollar stalemate or because I'm a year older (although, that's a REALLY big reason for it), but becaus...
