LOOKING FOR NEW DRUMMER! MUST AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING..There's more to sing about than love. A refreshing concept displayed by few female bands (or any bands in fact) in this day and age. I remember a time (about 4 months ago) when emo was at it's peak, lyrics seemed to be stolen from children's books, and every other five seconds of a song was either an off-pitch scream or a grown man crying. It was scary. Talentless musicians were being signed to major record labels at a horrifying rate. Something had to be done......Bands that invented and revolutionized alternative rock in the 90's were forced out of hiding; making new records in order to battle the rise of crap on the airwaves in order to prevent this dark age of rock from shaping the face of music forever. But they couldn't do it alone. Moved by the musical battle being waged, three young ladies sent out coded messages searching for talented musicians to join them in the fight against emo. As if by fate itself, they found each other, recruited a drummer friend, and Another Pretty Lush was formed. With a crafty mix of poetically haunting vocals, skillfully hair-raising guitar riffs, catchy bass lines, and amazingly memorable drumwork.... they were unstoppable. Together with other amazing Chicago bands and the re-emerging rock legends as allies, they joined the fight to save the minds of the world from accepting and succumbing to their talentless enemies!
