Concentration Face

Concentration Face is a group of friends intent upon adding something to the London live music scene. Having enjoyed many independently promoted nights we decided to get involved ourselves.Our musical tastes are varied and constantly expanding: although seemingly centred upon indie-rock and electronica, collectively we like virtually all things in between and are always keen to discover something new and fresh.Whilst there are countless acts we will always be actively approaching and seeking to promote, there will inevitably be spare places on line-ups and opportunities for other bands / DJs to play. Providing the opportunity to play to people is something wed like to facilitate; we appreciate it can be difficult to get gigs, particularly for young and new musicians. If you are interested in playing a Concentration Face night sometime in the future please get in touch via email, and well tell you where to send a sample of your music. Similarly if you are a London venue and are keen to offer a space to play, let us know.We promise everybody involved we will (i) follow through any promises of payment and always attempt to cover all costs if possible. (ii) endeavour to provide a good sound / PA and keep prices as affordable as possible. (iii) publicise our events, work hard, try and get plenty of people to come along and ultimately, be really enthusiastic. (iv) channel any profits from individual nights are back into the collective and will be used to fund future projects.Providing a positive context and comfortable atmosphere for listening and getting into music shouldnt be difficult and more than anything we just want to have a good time!
