About Me

Well, I'm a 4th year education student at Trinity Western in BC, Canada. My friends say I'm an optimist, I trust easily and look for the good in others, sometimes too much so that I get myself hurt. I put my heart into whatever I do and hate doing things half-ass. I love being the best and doing things others can't, am ridiculously competitive, and extremely ambitious. To those who know me, my name is practically synonymous with dance--I'm basically a dance freak--lindyhop, blues, salsa and if you're a dancer, then you know all the "extras" (shag, balboa, bachata, cha cha, etc). I'm getting into West Coast swing, Argentine tango, and nightclub 2-step too. Though I'm generally pretty laid back, when it comes to what I believe, I'm an all or nothing person, passionate about my faith and what I stand for. I guess I can be pretty competitive too when it comes to poker, soccer, or dancing but I mostly just like to be able to do stuff that I'm into well. I'm always up for a philosophical talk and appreciate someone who knows how to have a deep conversation--Spanish or English? your pick. Over coffee? most def! Beaches, sunshine, friends, dancing and summertime are the best combo in life.I love doing random stuff like swimming at night or instigating prank wars. I'm obsessed with languages and am starting Arabic and Japanese this year. Since learning to ride, motorcycles turn my head every time I pass one and I've been described as having "severe sportbike lust." this summer I'm getting my endorsement and buying my first bike. Dream bike? R-6--realistically? Probably a Ninja 500. I love spur-of-the-moment trips, dancing until sunrise, getting completely lost in music that touches something deep in your soul, and the awesome conversations that happen when you least expect them.
