About Me

A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects.
-Robert A. Heinlein

I just finished 4 months in Europe. I left my heart there. I am shallow and pedantic. I go to military school in Vermont. I broke my leg skiing in December 2004, it changed my life. My only raison d'etre until May is to graduate and commission. I'm commissioning into the US Army in May 2008 as a 2LT Armor officer.

My Interests

travelling, passport stamps, being out of my element, new situations, skiing, ghost hunting, movies, music -pretty much all kinds because i have expansive tastes, my pet lizards, vermont, late night adventures, grilled cheese, lost, pretty much being incredible.

I'd like to meet:

kids who get ill. someone who can compare in awesomeness to my friends.
"Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime." -Mark Twain
