Lifting heavy things, spending time with my family and friends, politics, building stuff (mostly stuff that I can later lift), being outdoors (especially around water), travel. Oh, and eating. Lots of eating.
I'd have to have a whole server just to list this and the reasons why. There are tons of historical figures I'd love to chat with. Not a fan of pop culture celebrities, but the Framers, medieval leaders, Biblical figures, authors, etc.etc. are high on my list.Other than that, interesting people. By interesting I mean exactly like me. Or close to it, since nobody's quite as awesome as me.
Anything but opera and songs that can't go more than one verse without a four letter word (which disqualifies almost all rap / hip-hop / whatever they call that crap nowadays). Southern rock/country is probably my favorite
Depends on my mood. Generally action or comedy, with an occasional historical-esque movie thrown in from time to time.
I like to watch South Park, rasslin', football, strongman, C-SPAN, news, RFD, CMT, Lost, and Amazing Race. With Lilly around I usually only get to see Miss Spider's Sunny Patch Friends, the Backyardigans, Play With Me Sesame, and the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
Pretty much whatever I don't *have* to read - that takes all the fun out of it. Outside of that, I'd say nonfiction.
My wife, my parents, anybody who sticks with something they believe in when it'd be easier not to.
