I'm Seichiro Tatsumi, secretary for the Ministry of Hades. They say I'm a penny-pincher, but there's nothing wrong with saving money...I love Tsuzuki to death (even though I'm already dead) but his cooking....could use some work...*cough*But yes, I was born on December 27th, and since I don't really leave the office much, I don't find the point of wearing anything but my suit...which is normally a light-ish brown.Other than that, I doubt there's much more to say

I don't have time for them, and besides, a lot of the movies coming out now-a-days are a little on the retarded side.
