I live in the beautiful state of North Carolina. Am retired and travel a lot. Mostly in this state but went last spring to Lousiana to visit friends. It was before Katrina hit, and fortunately our friends only had slight damage.
I was born in Bronxville,NY, but family relocated to upstate NY. Lived early years in Cortland, then different parts of the state due to new employment opportunities. Spent last few in Syracuse area.
Due to an injury,retired and settled in NC. Spend a lot of time at Myrtle Beach, plus a week each year in Boone,NC. Excellent skiing!
My hobbies are cooking, reading, playing with my "Pug" Cleopatra. Also spending time w/ my daughter,Jessica, who lives 5 miles from me and her son Nicholas.
My two sons, Jeff and Joe Rehbein live in Syracuse. Both vets of Air Force,and Love the snow. Jeff is an aircraft mechanic, And Joe is a warehouser,and rock drummer. Jessica is a home appraiser,and Mom.
I am very happy now that this stage of my life is serene and uncomplicated.
Sometomes it's nice just to do nothing.
