Literature, music (ALL kinds), poetry, movies, traveling, languages, meeting new and different people, conservation, trying new foods, theatre, opera, camping, clothes (including shoes and purses), science, psychology, conspiracy and the wildlife kingdom. I know, I'm all over the place. I'd also like to try white water rafting, skydiving, and rock climbing one day.
Jane Goodal (my idol); Angelina Jolie (the sexiest woman/humanist alive); Quentin Tarantino (one crazy mofo director); Jeff Martin (I don't care that he's greasy...if he asked, I'd marry him); Dan Brown (dying to know where he stands on "divinity"); J.R.R. Tolkien (I know he's dead, but I've loved him since I was a little girl); and last but not least...Harry Potter! (how great would it be if he and his world actually existed?).
The Tea Party, Billy Talent, Alexisonfire, My Chemical Romace, Hot Hot Heat, The Killers, Metric, Matthew Good [Band], Tiesto, Benny Benassi, Rammstein, Depeche Mode, Wolfsheim, Rasputin, Danny Michel, The Pixies, System of A Down, Disturbed, Marylin Manson, Frank Sinatra, Micheal Buble, Our Lady Peace, Prodigy, THE 80's...and the crazy list goes on!
The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, The Matrix, Gladiator, Troy, V For Vendetta, The Terminal, Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill Volumes 1 & 2, The Fifth Element, War of the Worlds, The Village, The Island, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, all the Harry Potter movies, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Mary Poppins, anything Audrey Hepburn is in, and all of the Disney classics.
I now finally have cable, so I can actually make a list. I love CSI (hey, I'm a science nerd), Alias, 24, Lost, The OC, Family Guy, and I'm sad to say that my guilty pleasure is General Hospital everday at 3:00.
Micheal Ondatjee ~ all of his books and poetry; Dan Brown ~ The Da Vinci Code, Angels & Demons; Margeret Weiss & Tracy Hickman ~ The Death Gate Cycle (that's where my cat Haplo got his name from); Marion Zimmer Bradley ~ The Mists of Avalon (I'm actually reading it for the fourth time right now); J.R.R. Tolkien ~ The Lord of the Rings Trilogy; Terry Brooks ~ The Shannara Series; Shakespeare (he makes me orgasm); Steven King; Chaucer; and Lord Tennyson's poetry (my favourite is The Lady of Shalott).
Anyone that stands up for someone or something that can't stand up for themselves.
