First off, we are not the real Synyster Gates. That sounds silly to say, but we get a lot of messages asking that. So, sorry to disappoint you. The original Gates of Syn (formally known as the Synyster Gates fan page) was founded in November 2005. It has since been deleted, and re-opened. I started it because there was only one other Synyster Gates fan page at the time, and it was short on a lot of information to be honest with you. It was first a music page, after deciding it wasn't a great idea to have only a music page, I started this page. Recently, we started a second page dedicated only to music. The main is quite different. Gates of Syn is dedicated to bringing you new information, pictures, and anything else having to do with Synyster Gates/Avenged Sevenfold before you hear it anywhere else. We do have contests occasionally where you have the chance to earn yourselves a spot on the page, get praise and just earn a spot in our hearts in general. That, however, isn't the sole purpose of this page. This page is for you, make it your own. Leave us comments telling us how to improve or what else we could do to make this page better. Even, if you think we suck at our job, tell us, so we can make it better. With that said, add us, message us, stay in contact, keep your eyes open for new information and enjoy.

Why you love Avenged Sevenfold? I fell in love the moment I heard them. They have influenced my life more than any other band. They've helped me through so many horrible moments in my life. They never cease to amaze me. && They only try to please themselves. I have the highest respect for them.
Have you ever seen them live? Yes, once.
A little bit more about yourself: My whole life i've wanted to be in a band, it's a feeling i've had since I was little. I shall try my hardest to make it in a successful band, and if that fails... I shall attempt web design.

A little bit more about yourself: well i was recently told that i should play golf in high school and college so im pretty pumped and um been talking with GrandmaMA Gates... really just living life to the fullest and enjoying every second of it.
