My Interests

Civil War reenacting with the 5th VA, Singing, drumming in the band, drawing and painting, History (Mostly Civil War), sewing, Gettysburg, other other such wonderful things.

I'd like to meet:

Anyone who wants to meet me. Unless you have bad intentions or something that would not be good. Other than that I'm pretty friendly.

Music:

...As for performing - I sing anything from classical, to Celtic, Gaelic, Civil War, Folk, Patriotic and sometimes even rock and roll. After a year or so performing it live, I've just recently started recording it and should have a CD made sometime early next year or maybe sooner. I play Tenor drum in the Laurel Highlander's Pipe Band. I sing and play the bones and bohron (Irish drum) with the Riverside Players Folk Band. On the side I am also learning to play the bagpipes and he banjo.As for listening - Celtic, Gaelic, Civil War, Folk, Bagpipe and drum, Rock, Pop, Alternative, World...

Most of the time you'll catch me with a Civil War book or novel.

2nd Place at the Ligioner Highland Games

Finally we have been blessed with a miracle upon miracles. I don't know how we did it, but somehow the Laurel Highlanders managed to take 2nd place at the Ligioner Highland games in grade 4 this year....
