About Me

One word.....................BIG.You figure it out.Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4

My Interests

I work a lot so free time is at a premium. I do enjoy whatever I'm doing with my children. Whether it's a day at the Zoo or chillin on the couch.I enjoy riding my motorcycle and the freedom that it brings. No phone, no hassles, just the road and the breeze.............and the numb bum.

I'd like to meet:

Just to run into old friends.

Music:

Music is the same for me as it is with so many, my mood dictates what I listen to. If, I'm angry, rage seems to be the only thing that appeals, when I'm in a good mood, nothing better than the guitar god music I grew up with, some Mule, and a healthy dose of classic AC-DC. When I'm mellow, some Harry Chapin or Jim croce sets me straight. But don't let me kid you, I listen to it all. Music has allowed me a way to communicate with my son. He would never talk to me about anything, until I introduced him to Steve Vai. Honest to god, the only 11 yr old I knew who's favorite sond is "for the love of God" ( WHAT A GREAT SONG) From Vai, we moved to David Lee Roth, to Van Halen and Whitsnake and so on............. Yea, music has given me a lot without me playing a note.Fav line from a song, today, it this one "Spit it out, if you don't like it"

Movies:

I guess I'm a closet movie geek.I make movie references a lot, and I always seem to get the movie trivia questions right.FAV Movies, all the guy standards, The Godfather, Goodfellas, JAWS. But I have to tell you, I've seen some movies that I was suprised that I liked for all the right reasons. Fellas will laugh at me, but the Notebook was really a great movie. Well told story that was ultimately sad, but was still worth it.I saw Brokeback MTN at the insistance of my wife and Honestly, get past the macho "I aint watchin no fag film" attitude, it was a great movie.(testosterone booster) ............and the scene where they handcuff the guy to the shower curtain rod and hack into his head with a chainsaw!!!! ( GOD LOVE SCARFACE! one of the BEST american films with the WORST sountrack!) I could put "Fast times" on a reel and let it play over.........and over...........and over.............and not just the pool scene!

Television:

I am not a big fan of Television. I don't like to be locked into any one show and I keep my options open. Barbie has the market cornered on the regular stuff, so I avoid TV during the week, else it's Ryan Seacrest, House and whatever reality show she's into. I don't mind, and she works hard too, so if that's how she wants to unwind-then whatever!

Books:

Yeah, that's Barbie's department.

Heroes:

I'm not one for hero's, but I'd have to say my Dad. He taught me that there's no shame in a hard days work, only shame in working hard over working smart. He also led by example. Never missed a days work, always had time for his family and did the best he could with what he had. If by some WILD spin of fate my mother should read this, it would probably send her into a tailspin of jealousy! My mom is a phenominal woman who's instilled in me much of the personality and values that make me who I am. Just when I think Hero, I know that neither of my parents had close relationships with thier Dads, but I have a first hand reference ( as a Dad ) to how hard my dad worked to be involved with me growing up, even when I didn't want him to. So I guess that's what does it. I guess when you come right down to it, they both are.....Dude! You're 100% from Massachusetts!

Dude! Me and Sully and Fitzie and Sean are gonna hit Landsdowne tonight after the game, hang out at the Beerworks. I'll pick you up at the Coop at 6.
