SELL YOUR SOUL TO CABARET DOLL...

About Me

Cabaret Doll at new ash green ft. Tokyo Jo
Cabaret Doll
Cabaret Doll is neither myth nor legend It is perhaps a concept of a few jaded souls struggling to make sense of an emotive adventure, documented in song. Or to simplify, theyre a band that sold their souls to music. They live for the explanation of expression and for the ability to share and relate their stories in an influential way. Each song holds a part of your life, for you to give its own meaning. What once started as the painful stories of a girl has now progressed into the want of freedom. Cabaret Doll is a belief in the honesty and strength that music can bare. The band is made up of a number of dedicated musicians who live for their passion to express themselves beyond words. Francesca Merkli the lead vocalist of Cabaret Doll has been singing since a very young age. She has already achieved high status as an artist. She is often seen taking the pups for a walk! Her influences are Kelly Clarkson, Eva Cassidy, Gwen Steffani, Joss Stone, Amy Lee, Skin, Norah Jones...etc. Ben Attwood the lead guitarist of the band; (a.k.a. creator of all things "Cabaret") worked originally as a session musician for the stars! Previously the singer and guitarist of a successful band named Quandary. Often found in dark corners smoking obscene amounts of cigarettes! His influences are Stevie Ray Vaughn, Ritchie Sambora, Jonny Reszneck, Mark Tremontti, James Hetfield, Trent Reznoretc. Before joining "The Doll",the funky bass man Adam a.k.a. grasshopper was a vocalist and guitarist to a variety of bands. Adam also has an alter ego of Party Boy from Jackass; the Leopard skin thong era! As a musician he is influenced by the Chilli Peppers, Motley Crue and Guns and Roses. His legends are Gene Simmons, Flee, Geddy Lee, Nick Whiteoak...etc. Luke Horton the drummer of the band been playing the drums since the age of 2, he can be quiet at times but most of the time a complete nut case. His influences are Roger Taylor, Tommy Lee, Dennis Chambers, Chad Smith, Matt Sorum, Snell, Keith Moon and John Bonham His Legends areQueen, Motley Crue, The Who, Led Zeppelin, RCHP, GNR, Towers of London. Cabaret Doll is a philosophy. It's a life style, if you're prepared to express your pain, share your happiness and f**k life when you must you're just another. As a band Cabaret Doll aims to be original, and completely honest. THIS IS CABARET DOLL, sell your soul on entry!!! PLEASE JOIN OUR NEW MAILING LIST
