****BAD NEWS****
Ladies and Gentlemen,
We're do we start, first of all thank you! Thank you for the dedication, passion, and most of all friendships that you have given us in the past 4 1/2 years. Thank you for being there for us no matter what. We wouldn't have made it this far as a band without all of your support and help. Unfortunately, we have some bad news. As of June 16th we will no longer be making music as a band. There are ABSOLUTELY NO HARD FEELINGS BETWEEN SCOTT, MICHAEL, JORDAN, ISAAC, OR TIM. To put it simply, it's time for some members to go on to other things to better their future (like college). We are all still completely and totally best friends and that won't change no matter where we are or what we are doing in our lives! At this time there are no plans of forming new bands or side projects or anything like that, we all love music and will be sure to continue making it, it has simply become time to move forward with our lives and careers. We will be playing a fairwell show on June 15th at Harrison Smith Park in our hometown of Upper Sandusky. Please come out and say goodbye. We would love to see all of your friendly faces for one last show. Trust me it will be a very very very fun last show :)Thanks Always!
Eight Minutes Upside Down
Eight Minutes Upside Down fell into place in the January cold of 2003. Since the band's first practice, they have not stopped booking shows and creating new music for their listeners. EMUD has shared the stage with bands such as BEDlight for blueEYES, June, Socratic, Hit The Lights, The Drama Summer, The Junior Varsity, Amber Pacific, Roses Are Red and MANY more. Michael, Scott, Jordan, and Isaac are as passionate about their music as anyone could be. Their enthusiasm can be heard in every contagious melody and heartfelt lyric, as well as every energy driven beat of a live show. Equipped with dedication, allure, and their recently released EP "Writing This For You, Beautiful," the band is looking to make its name known across the Nation.
