Multi-award winning Natalie's Box continue to wow crowds and judges alike across the land with their energetic mix of genre-blending tracks and more than lively live shows. Having won two Battle of the Bands and coming 2nd in a third after winning a radio vote, NB have continued to stun the unsuspecting public. After sharing stages with acts such as Keane, Status Quo and Bad Manners, playing a full set live on commercial radio and astonishing audiences of 1,600 people you'd think the band would have retired by now. Fortunately they haven't with their debut CD set to be released by Winter '07 in conjunction with their debut tour, things are falling into piece for the band. "We are really looking forward to finishing our recordings and having Turret Records aboard. We've got the fans in our area and are now looking to introduce the Box to the rest of the country" says lead singer Kai. "We're very lucky as our shows are always recieved very well by the crowd and it keeps us motivated knowing that we're doing something right".
2007 is guaranteed as the start of something big for the band so all we can advise is for you to catch them on the cheap in grotty venues as this won't last for long.

"Highly original Natalies Box are proving themselves to be one of the best bands on the local scene and continue to raise eyebrows across the land" Bexhill Observer
"Next to the stage was locally acclaimed Natalie’s Box, who have supported acts such as Bad Manners in Hastings. The four piece band took the crowd by storm as they revisited their older and better known material, rather than trying to wow the judges with their newer songs, a bold move that secured their win that evening. Describing the groups sound is near impossible, as the band take influence from so many areas. Lead singer and front man Kai Karhunen compares their style to a “Quality Street Boxâ€, saying there is a little of everything thrown in, but it is clear to see that this is no accident, the mix is very carefully selected to just create that 'love it or hate it' tension, with the outcome being that this band is most definitely loved." - Sara Humphrey, Sussex Downs College
"A dirty, funky inspired bass line, thumping drums, a wiry growl and a wonderfly sloppy solo actully made the bristles of my hair stand on end. Brimming with ideas and swagger, it was so refreshing to hear something other than the usual fare" Daniel Neilson on Natalie's Box winning EYR Battle of the Bands '06.
"Here we are with Natalie's Box, a few minutes before they whip the crowd into a frenzy across the Park like a lawnmower engine powered whisk" Battle Observer review on Hastings Beer festival supporting Keane.
"They began to play and it was funky. All the songs sounded different, some more punk than others and some more ska. Vocals were good once he got into it, although the lead singer's eyes were very creepy when he was singing and must have been incredibly hot in leather trousers. The crowd enjoyed this band as well" Heroes Review
"Natalie’s Box are a different sort – spiky, jarred punk with a Libs-esque jangle in guitar, charisma riffed from bass and a vehemence in the vocals. ‘Bass Foundations’ is where it works – raw and keen, it’s three minutes of bounced punk energy." East Magazine
"Just as things were getting boring in the music scene, something dark yet happy emerges from the depths of... Battle.
Natalie's Box are the next thing to emerge out of Battle, the birthplace of Keane. Unlike Keane, NB shows are quite the more energetic, funky and filled with audiences from all age groups (as opposed to Keane's following of 40 year olds - although they do have a few...)
No-one has as of yet been able to label Natalie's Box any cetain genre, and by the look of things to some thats not going to be happening.
As claimed by many journalists, fans and competition judges, Natalie's Box are highly original and intend to keep that course. With one thing leading to another, without any connection to the previous, it has to be said that going to one of NBs gigs is the only way to fully understand and enjoy the phenomenon that is..." "Natalie's Box have played together and in other bands for a few years since early school days. For a yound band to go through so many styles and changes evolving and retaining elements from their path of progress to a powerful band creating good original material" Black Horse Festival 2007
