| |------------How I see the sun rise------------Addendum: I have been told by a rare flower, met here on myspace, that the following original text does not quite encapsulate me. That leaves me questioning my own perception of self and hers as well. Now I don’t believe that the ideas proposed by her observation concluded that I’m painting a picture of an “enhanced” or entirely dissimilar version of myself, but that the picture may not be as clear as it is in the "real" life...but the subject does raise some great questions about the awareness of ones own perception of self, others perception, and how the online arena plays a part in all of this ... ... ... ... ... ... (original text)... First off, I must say that being a musician vastly influences a great majority of the decisions I make in this life...for better of for worse. Now...., starting off sentences with the word "I" is something I've never been too comfortable with, but how does one go about avoiding it? It seems to come so easy..."I this" and "I that" and how else does one go about describing themselves? Well..., "I" guess I could say my friends might consider me an enigma, for they have seen the many colors of my personality. Fire and coolness and everything in-between…. angered at the ways of the world, skeptical at what most are trying to sell me, cynical because I've been burned, sarcastic because its fun, a lover to those I'm willing to work for, a giver to those I think deserve it, and a finder of the beauty in my surroundings….My heart is on my sleeve. My environment, whether it be people places or ideas (and I think even the weather) seem to affect the way I handle any given moment. You might say that the things around me determine my perceptions. I have no concept of time or at least a meager one anyway. It seems I am always fashionably late. I feel shy around people I don't know very well and, I think, I am perceived as stand-offish, especially now that I am in the south. The feeling of freedom that comes along with friendship liberates me ...it brings about the outgoing and excited nature of my personality. This version of myself likes to dance and some might say this guy is a little too honest at times, not for the sake of any kind of malice; I hate to see people hurt, but not to lie just for the sake of social etiquette, I forget most people don't want to hear the truth. Some have told me I am an old soul and that I think way too much, too deep even ... an over analyzer if you will ... opinions I'll leave up to you.... Even as I write this, I question each lines motive. Anyway, I'm on this thing every now and again, and from what I've heard there’s a whole host of characters on here. I love to talk and listen -(an act some seem to forget is a little bit more important than the talking part of any great conversation... I've already heard all of my own ideas)- about anything I find meaning in...Could I find meaning in you?
