i usually only use television when i go to sleep.. its weird.. i cant sleep without it on because i end up thinking too much when im just laying in my bed.... TV kinda focuses my mind on one thing and, as annoying as it is hearing anything from buffy the vampire slayer to the home shopping network while im trying to sleep, it makes it easier.
