I am a Do-er, not a Be-er. . . . . . . But I love to dream, and therefore I love the Travel Channel.
Le Petite Prince; Anything by Janet Fitch; Owen and Mzee--google it--the cutest story about an unlikely friendship
The following people are just a few of those who inspire me and who have been good to me during my life. They all have qualities which I hope I have some day. -My dad--for his undying love for family, for being generous and for always telling me (and believing) that I was and am perfect even though I am not; -The neurological team at the University of Minnesota for all the miracles they preform every day; My aunt Cindy--for being like my second mom and for her ablitiy to make her house seem like it belongs in "Home and Garden" with ease and for also being the strongest woman I know. -My grandma--for being a woman ahead of her time, for never letting anyone define you except yourself, for spending many years as a independent and couragous woman, for always understanding the important of style and grace (afterall, I like to think I got my good tastes from her) -My childhood friend (and ex-roommate) Jay--for putting up spending a year as my roommate without going insane (even though he hated that I always wore heels in the house 24/7 and couldn't stand the clicking it made on our hard wood floors) for being one of the smartest people I know and for always being able to make me feel like I am 12-years-old again and making me laugh, and for doing things like reading subtitles of foreign film for me (espeically German film "Lesbos-Vambos") --Other childhood friend, Carissa for her amazing faith
