About Me

I am Nathan, 25 years old, I live in Austin, Minnesota; also known as SPAM Town USA. I work for a company called Cooperative Response Center, I am a dispatcher for electrical companies. I have also served in the Minnesota Army National Guard for the past 6 1/2 years, and I would not trade my time in uniform for anything in the world. I spent a year and a half overseas, 10 months at FOB Speicher just outside of Tikrit, Iraq; running supply missions, then volunteering for another 7 months in Kuwait, occasionally running missions back into Iraq. I am preparing to leave for another 16 month deployment to Kosovo as part of the UN Peacekeeping force there. I am a very laid back guy, and can find humor in almost anything. I can be cocky at times, but not to the point where you hate me for it. I can be the life of the party, or I can just fall unnoticed in the background. I am not afraid to speak my mind on almost any subject, so I am often thought of as an asshole because I form my own opinions and I am not afraid to say them even if everyone else in the room is of the opposite thinking. If someone starts talking bullshit about a topic they are clueless about, then I will be the first to speak up and put them on the spot and porpously make them sound like an idiot. I know what I want out of life, love, friends and I will not tolerate anything less. No one person in life is better then any other, I attended one semester of college for web page design, but it was kind of boring considering I have been making them for over the last twelve years already. I care deeply for my family, friends, and my country. I always willing to help someone I know who is in need, even at financial losses to myself. I absolutely love being outdoors and just being myself, and I will not change who I am for anyone. I love meeting new people, and I am always up for having new friends, so if you have read this far, leave me a comment or shoot me a message, I will definitely leave one back.

Anyone who is strong minded, open minded, down to earth, funny, intelligent, loves the outdoors, and honest. You have to be able to hold a conversation, and not back down from your opinion if it is different then mine or others in the room. I cannot stand people who are stuck up or think they are a notch above everyone else. Has to have strong convictions, and I will let you know now.... There is nothing I cant stand like someone who lies too and/or cheats on ones they claim to care about. Nothing will piss me off faster then someone who lies to my face and thinks I am too stupid to see the signs their lying or figure out the truth. If your into hunting, fishing, trap shooting, competition shooting, camping, biking, or hiking drop me a line, I need more friends who enjoy the outdoors.
