Yo, this is 1ne Man Sound, I'm not gonna spend alot of time telling you about who influenced me or what kind of cereal I eat on the weekends, this shit is about music, REAL music, so if youre top five MC's include 50, Jeezy, Ying Yang, or any of the other trespassers currently making millions of dollars whoring themselves around the industry selling pop music as hip-hop then get the fuck off my page.
I've been playing in Western Mass since I was 17 or so, those of you who remember the Natural Mystiks, and sold out shows at the Peking Garden with C-Rayz Walz or Virtuoso and Edo-G can go ahead and pat yourself on the back for being down from the beginning. I spent a couple years in south Philly playing for a group called Mos-Mental, Philly, for those of you who don't know has a fucking legendary underground, south Phila nuf respect! I moved back to the 413rd to put out albums, thats it. I rock with DJ THEORY , hands down the areas best Turntablist, your DJ does not compare, so sorry. We go by the name Lyke Minds , write that shit down..... Also, recently I have been working real hard with 4 other MC's who have been doing their thing in Western MA for a long time, together with DJ Theory we are The Problemaddicts . You can catch us performing all over the area, throwing classic hip hop events, and doing our very best to remind people that no matter what the mainstream does they can still catch legendary MC'ing in their own backyard. Keep an eye for upcoming 12" releases from Lyke Minds and the Problemaddicts being released on Mystika Music.
I'm currently in the studio working on an LP with Theory, this will be Lyke Minds debut release and we will be releasing 12" singles off the album within the next few months. The LP will be pressed on CD and on Vinyl for all you DJ's out there. Keep your ear to the underground for both of my projects bein released around 6/1/07.
